ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro are field-service management platforms — they organize work after a CSR has booked the call, a tech has been dispatched, and a quote has been written. Couscous is the AI layer that does that intake, dispatch, and quoting work itself: AI Call Operator picks up the phone, AI Dispatcher ranks and routes the job, AI Estimator drafts the proposal. We integrate with whatever FSM you already run — we don't replace it.
Do you specialize in panel upgrades and EV-charger work?
Yes. AI Estimator is trained on panel-upgrade load calcs, IRA + utility rebate stacks, and EV-charger install variables (service entrance, dedicated circuit, smart-charger compatibility). Proposals pull rebate-aware language and finance options so the customer sees net cost, not gross — and the in-home close conversation gets dramatically simpler.
Can the AI handle commercial electrical work too?
