ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro are field-service management platforms — they organize work after a CSR has booked the call, a tech has been dispatched, and a quote has been written. Will the AI Estimator handle IRA + utility rebate stacks correctly?
Yes. AI Estimator is trained on your pricing book and the active rebate matrix (federal IRA tax credits, state utility programs, manufacturer rebates) at the time of the estimate. Proposals show net cost after rebates, financing options preset for the customer's bracket, and a rebate-aware good/better/best presentation. Every rebate program is reviewed against the source at publish and refreshed quarterly.
Can you cover both residential and commercial HVAC?
Yes — but with explicit guardrails. Residential intake and commercial mechanical contractor intake follow separate qualification scripts and dispatch rules. AI Estimator escalates commercial estimates over a configurable threshold to a human estimator before the proposal goes out.
