What the estimator reads in
Job photos, technician notes, CRM history, and service-area context — every signal your tech captures in the field becomes structured input for the quote.
Field capture
Job photos
Reads tech-uploaded photos — model plates, damage close-ups, panel layouts, plumbing access — and tags them against the job.
Field notes
Technician notes
Pulls the technician's measurements, recommended scope, and on-site observations into a normalized job summary.

Pricing engine
How it prices
Pricing is your pricing — parts, labor, margin, local market, financing rules. The estimator applies those rules consistently so two techs do not produce two different quotes for the same job.
Rules
Pricing-rule engine
Runs your approved pricing matrix — parts catalog, labor rates, margin floors, discount limits, financing thresholds — on every quote.

From photos to quote draft
AI drafts the customer-ready quote in minutes — not days.
Your tech finishes the visit and uploads photos plus a short note. The estimator reads photos, notes, customer history, and your pricing rules, drafts a tiered quote, runs the margin + warranty checks, and surfaces it in the manager queue — ready to send the moment a human signs off.
AI Estimator questions, answered
What does AI Estimator analyze before drafting a quote?
AI Estimator can use any job context your workflow captures, including:
- Job photos uploaded by the technician
- Technician notes, measurements, and recommended scope
- Customer history from your CRM
- Service-area, ZIP-code, and local pricing context
- Warranty, membership, financing, and inventory signals
- Your approved pricing, margin, discount, and escalation rules
Does it send the quote directly to the customer?
It can, but the default setup is manager review first. We map which quote types can be auto-prepared, which need a human approval step, and which exceptions should route to a manager before anything goes to the customer.
The goal is not to remove judgment from high-ticket work — it is to remove the hours of assembly, checking, formatting, and CRM re-entry that slow the quote down.
How does this integrate into our existing workflow?
During setup we map where field data lives today, then either integrate AI Estimator into that existing path or propose a more advanced workflow when the current process is slowing quotes down.
If your workflow has custom fields, local pricing rules, multi-location approvals, or special financing paths, those rules become part of the quote logic instead of living in someone's head.
How is this different from generic estimating software?
Generic estimating software still depends on a human to interpret photos, read technician notes, choose the scope, apply pricing logic, and assemble the customer-ready quote. AI Estimator is built around that interpretation layer: it uses the raw job context to draft the quote your team would otherwise build manually.
Paired with AI Dispatcher, the same job can move from qualified lead to assigned crew to quote draft without falling into an office bottleneck.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Workflow setup starts from $1500, if you're not satisfied and will not want to proceed we will refund your money.
